Orders will be processed in 3-10 days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been mailed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping prices for washi tape and other larger items have recently increased. Sadly, it was out of my control, but it does mean that your orders will have tracking numbers and should arrive much faster.
You will only recieve a tracking number if you have ordered larger items (washi tape, notepad, ect)
Orders should arrive within 2-5 weeks.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All Australian orders are sent priority through Australia Post.
PRICES
My shop currency is displaying AUD and I am unable to have it change based on
your location.
Because I am in Australia, products may seem rather expensive.
Please use a currency converter to see how much products are in your currency.
UK & EU CUSTOMERS
UK and EU customers are responsible for paying their own VAT and Customs fees.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds.
If your order arrives with items missing please contact me and we can sort that out.
If your order is returned to me I will resend it as soon as possible and let you know what has happened.
Please double check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice after ordering please let me know ASAP so I can send to the correct address. I will not be resending/refunding orders sent to the wrong address.
